Bouncy’s Commission

Payment - USD via Zelle or Paypal. Full payment required up-front before the commission can begin. A California tax rate of 7.75% will be added at the end of the bill.

Refunds - Sales are final and refunds are not accepted unless Bouncy2D is unable to complete the commission.

Progress - Commission updates and schedules can be found at Bouncy2D’s Trello! Updates will also be provided at every stage of the art process via either email or Discord DM’s.

Revisions - During each update provided by Bouncy, two small revisions that will take no longer than 30 minutes’ worth of work will be accepted. Larger revisions will require more payment.
(To prevent too many revisions, please be very descriptive with what you’re looking for in the commission. Having visual references would help a lot!)

Rights - Bouncy2D holds the rights to refuse any commissions and holds full copyright and licensing rights for commission works. If the commission is private or personal, the commissioner can choose whether or not their commissions can be publicly shared and/or posted on Bouncy2D’s social media for networking & promotional purposes. To maintain brand trust, Bouncy2D also has the rights to revoke commission licenses if the commissioner is found to have engaged in acts of: Homophobia/Transphobia, Anti-semitism/Racism/Bigotry, and/or other forms of hateful/harmful rhetoric.

Commercial - Commission prices listed are for non-commercial use only. Commercial rates will only be applied if the commission meets at least one of these four conditions below:
1) If the commissioner requests a license to resell and/or create digital/physical merchandise to sell using the commission. (Such as selling prints, T-shirts, printed mugs, etc.)
2) If the commission is created for a large corporate entity. (The given commercial percentage of 100% is subject to an increased rate depending on the corporate entity.)
3) If the commissioner is a Streamer and the commission is to create an art asset for said streamer, commercial fees apply if they have an average CCV of 1,000+.
4) If the commissioner is a Youtube Content Creator, commercial fees apply if they have 1,000,000+ subscribers.
If a commercial rate is to be added, a 100% fee will be included on top of the base commission (before taxes).

NFT + Gen-AI - Bouncy2D’s artwork MAY NOT be used to create and/or promote NFTs, Cryptocurrencies, and/or be used to teach generative artificial intelligence learning algorithms.
You must be at the age of 18 or older to request a commission from me.

(Average turnaround time: 1 week)

- Delivered as a high res .png image.
- Comes with a simple BG. (More complex BG negotiable)
- Price applies to one character per drawing.
(Extra characters would require a price negotiation)

Regular Background - $400

(Average turnaround time: 1 week)

- Delivered as a high res .png image.
- Will have clearly defined foreground, midground, and background layers. (Complex camera angles like cityscapes or fish-eye will require negotiation)

Animated Background - Ask for an estimate

- Delivered as a high res .mp4 video
- Because this item has A LOT going on, I’d like to negotiate the price depending on the complexity of the piece

I will never use AI-generated content for anything. Not even for early concepts nor the final product. Everything I make is purely made by hand.
