Spring is the time for budding flowers and budding spirits. And what better way to celebrate the warmer days on the horizon than by making pies, cakes, and cookies with the best and brightest fruits of spring? Let's just say, your farmers' market basket will be overflowing once you check out all our top strawberry, lemon, and rhubarb desserts.

Spring is the easiest and breeziest season of them all, so we wanted to make sure we had desserts that were just as simple to whip up. And with big holidays like Easter, Passover, and Memorial Day on the calendar, it's always good to have a few impressive (yet beginner-friendly) desserts in your back pocket for when you really want to dazzle your guests. Our lemon-blueberry mini cheesecakes, homemade strawberry cake, and rhubarb cake are the perfect recipes to celebrate the fresh fruits of the season, while our carrot cake bread and pistachio chocolate cheesecake are just decadent enough.

As the temps rise, we start wanting to use our oven less and less. Is that also you? Well, what better time to cool down than with no-bake desserts? Honestly, hot weather or not, do you really need a reason to make our recipes for our no-bake whipped ricotta cheesecake or our blueberry cheesecake icebox cake? We thought not. Spring is a time for celebration, so why not get your sweet tooth on with these easy recipes!
