On Yahoo there is an international list called ChainsofHearts(there are also several several flickr groups that show the hearts) which is primarily to foster some international friendship ties. There is an outline pattern for the heart that the members use(to keeps thearts more or less the same size and shape) and we make hearts and post them into folders in the group. Others do the same and folks who see hearts they like, will request to swap with that person. It is one heart for one heart....most of the hearts are crazyquilted, but not all. On my own flickr pages there are pictures of the hearts i have received in the swaps and on the flickr pages for COH there are pics of manymany many more hearts. I fyou wouldlike to join this yahoo group i will post the link to join, but the moderator likes to keep a good balance of folks from different countries so sometimes she will put people on a waiting list in order to keep the balance. I don;t know how many folks there are from Brazil so you might just be in luck!
