Gordon Feller of GlobalSpec sat down with our CEO Jason Van Anden to discuss how Jotto helps cities better understand their residents and use that information to procure funding. For Poughkeepsie, NY, Jotto “gathered video, voice and text feedback, customized the reporting, and identified and categorized residents’ key interests and needs.” The result was a $10M Downtown Revitalization Grant. “[The types of responses Jotto delivers] would have typically been gathered at a town hall and are arduous to collect and analyze,” said Van Anden. “[We] built technology that allows us to take high volumes of open-ended feedback, and integrate that feedback into an agnostic LLM that is optimized for qualitative feedback. This process siloes the data, and the LLM doesn’t learn from the information; therefore, Jotto’s clients own all of their information.” We’re honored to be featured!
