🌹 Sacred Rest  🌹 with Aja Rose & Yoshua

Welcome!&nbsp; It is my highest excitement to share in the gentle potency of Sacred Rest and living in harmony with the natural world.&nbsp; I have noticed a theme happening in the collective right now of people feeling exhausted.&nbsp; Not just drained from the obvious culprits, but also from the healing/personal growth path of trying to heal or 'better' ourselves.&nbsp; I personally fell deep into this trap...until my body wouldn't let me anymore.&nbsp; I started to really question everything.&nbsp; Noticing where I am doing things because I think I 'should'.&nbsp; I was attending events and spending time with people without much discernment.&nbsp; One of the gifts of this pandemic for me has been to take a much deeper look into where and how I spend my time and energy.&nbsp; Asking myself what is essential, and what do I actually want to do?&nbsp;&nbsp; I started to notice where I was creating from habitual patterns and stagnation.&nbsp; Allowing myself to take more breaks and having the permission to rest more has led to so much clarity and alignment.&nbsp; Creating from a place that feels fresh and alive.&nbsp;&nbsp; This space is a way to support each other with living in a more feminine and harmonious way where we honor the natural cycles of life.&nbsp; Often this is not what is encouraged in our society.&nbsp; I have found it takes a lot of intention and support within our network to exist at a pace that resonates with the natural world.&nbsp;&nbsp; I like to incorporate the breath into these experiences in a way that feels free, natural, and restorative.&nbsp; Bringing awareness to the magic and intelligence that is present in every moment.&nbsp;&nbsp; My partner Yoshua will be offering some of his magic here as well, he is definitely someone who wears many hats in life! He is one of my biggest inspirations and truly lives a joyful and fulfilling life. We are both passionate about making everyday life our spiritual practice. That it’s not so much about the what we are doing, but the how. Cultivating deeper awareness so healing and maturity happen naturally. The Sacred Rest journeys that I share exclusively in this community are high quality pre-recorded meditations that usually range from 20-40 minutes. I like to theme each month around the season and any other topics I am feeling inspired about, which often relate to sleep, nature, deep relaxation, clarity, and non-doing. The meditations are spacious and always include some kind of body scan to bring you into a deeply relaxed meditative state. I weave in gentle breath guidance and hands on self-healing. My cues offer invitations for deeper awareness, spacious rest, and clarity for what is in your highest alignment. You can use pretty much any meditation in bed before sleep, and they are often very effective for falling asleep and receiving deeper restorative rest. They are also great to do any time of day for a full nervous system reset.
