Save the recipe:
* In a pan, add,
- 1 tbsp Oil
- finely chopped garlic
- grated ginger
- veggies of your choice
- Prepared Tomato Puree (just blend 3-4tomatoes, blend & strain)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder
- add 1 tbsp soya sauce
- add 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- add 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- Cook and bring to a boil.
* Then add 4 cups of Water, and all three bell peppers (1/4 cup each) + 1/2 cup of Sweet Corn + 1/2 cup of RAW MACARONI
