390-420ml warm water
1tsp honey
1tbs (15ml) EVOO
1.5tsp (6g) instant yeast
500g white bread flour
2tsp (10g) fine sea salt Mix dough, cover and wait 10min, then stretch & fold. Cover for 15 then Stretch & fold. Cover & rest for 1.5hrs at room temp and shape as instructed in video.
