This recipe makes 4 bagels:

Ingredients
 • 1 cup Greek yoghurt (240 ml)
 • 1 1/2 cups all purpose gluten-free flour (360 ml)
 • 1 egg

topping:

optional: sunflower/sesame seeds

Instructions
 • 1. Mix the yoghurt and flour together
 • 2. Divide the dough into four pieces
 • 3. On a floured surface roll the pieces into balls. Make a hole into each piece with your finger.
 • 4. Place the bagels on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
 • 5. Brush the tops of the bagels with egg wash
 • 6. Sprinkle the seeds on top (optional)
 • 7. Bake at 200 Celsius (400 in Fahrenheit) for
