FULL RECIPE: Ingredients: 30ml olive oil,2 tsp minced garlic,2 tsp chicken seasoning,1 tsp mixed herbs,1 tsp paprika,1 tsp soy sauce,Salt and pepper, to taste,4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on),300g cubed potatoes,200g green beans. Method:1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chicken seasoning, paprika, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.3. Brush some of the marinade over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated.4. In a baking tray, add the cubed potatoes and green beans. Pour over the remaining marinade and toss to coat evenly.5. Place the chicken thighs on top of the vegetables, skin-side down.6.bake in oven for 25 mins.7. Flip chicken and bake for another 15 mins or until chicken is crispy and cooked through.

Prep and season your chicken thighs: 5-6 thighs
 • Seasonings:
 • -1tbsp Onion powder 
 • -1tbsp Paprika
 • -1tsp Slap Ya Mama hot
 • -1tspSalt

-tsp Pepper 

Season chicken and let it rest while your pan heats up.

Add avocado oil to a hot pan and cook chicken thighs until your thermometer reads 165°

While chicken is cooking I steamed my green beans for a few minutes.

Remove cooked chicken from pan and set aside.

To the same pan add 1tbsp of butter or avocado oil, chopped Italian Parsley, 4 cloves of chopped/minced garlic , 1tbsp red pepper flakes (use 1/4tsp if you don’t like it spicy) and green beans. 

Cook for 5 minutes or to your liking.

add 1/2-1 whole fresh lemon juice and 1/4 cup of chicken broth and simmer for a few minutes until it slightly thickens.

This is one of my favorite ways to meal prep! It’s super easy and full of foods that are nutritious for our bodies!

All you need is:
 • Chicken breast or thighs
 • Avocado oil
 • Asparagus
 • Jalapenos
 • Red bell pepper
 • Red onions
 • Garlic powder
 • Salt
 • Pepper
 • Touch of honey (or you can use @choczero maple syrup - discount code: lowcarblove)

That’s it! Just add everything to the bag and keep it in the fridge for at least 30 min or overnight and then cook it when you're ready to eat! 🥳

1hr · 3 servings     Ingredients:   • 6 chicken thighs  • 1 large carrot   • 1 lbs Petite Green Peas   • 1 med yellow onion   • 2 cups broth or stock  • Paprika taste   • 1 tbs tomato paste   • Olive oil for sauté   • Salt and pepper to taste   • Parsley for garnish   Method:   • 1. Chop your carrot and onion;   • 2. Pat dry chicken thighs and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika;   • 3. Sauté chicken thighs in olive oil until golden on both sides and set aside; next sauté carrots and onion until softened, add tomato paste and stir; add green peas and bring the chicken thighs back; pour the broth, adjust seasoning and bake at 400 F for about 30 mins as you baste ones and broil for a few to crisp the skin;   • 4. Finish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
