   📝 Directions:

1.   Preheat your oven to 100°C.

2.   Slice the bananas into coins about 3-5mm thick.

3.   Place the slices on a large baking tray.

4.    Brush and drizzle fresh lemon juice over each slice.

5.    Flip the slices over and repeat with more lemon juice.

6.   Optional: sprinkle ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt over the slices
