Making up a fresh batch of my pampering bath salts for mother’s day because mom’s deserve a little TLC! It has pink himalayan salt, epsom salt, lavender, chamomile and some rose petals that I kept that my son gave me! Lastly I added a few drops of lavender essential oil so it smells divine. Soothing Lavender Milk Bath 🪻 •1/4 cup dried Lavender Flowers •2 tablespoons dried Butterfly Pea Flowers (for gorgeous blue color) •1 cup powdered milk (coconut milk or oat milk powder for vegan option) •2 tablespoons Lavender Hydrosol (if desiring to use lavender essential oil add 4 drops to 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil) •48 oz warm water 🌿To make: -Using a mortal and pestle, slightly grind lavender to release aromatics. -Add dried lavender and butterfly pea flowers to French press with hot water. -After steeping for 5 minutes, press and strain dried flowers from hot water. -Add powdered milk to 40 oz hot water in pitcher -Add lavender hydrosol -Add strained blue lavender water -Pour into warm bath and soak in this luxurious milk bath as long as you wish.

🌘Once Upon a Blue Moon Bath: •1/2 cup powdered milk. (I use whole fat milk powder, but coconut milk or oat milk powder is another great option) •1/2 cup Epsom salts (optional for added muscle relief and relaxation) •1/2 tablespoon butterfly pea flower powder (I get mine from @animamundiherbals ) •Optional: Dried or fresh flowers such as lavender, chamomile, rose petals etc. •Optional: 2 tablespoons of rose, lavender or sweet grass hydrosol for extra calming aroma. Or add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of oil and add to the bath. 🌿To make: -Add powdered milk, Epsom salts and butterfly pea powder to 40 oz hot water in pitcher. -Add hydrosol (or essential oil and carrier oil combination if using) -Stir to combine. -Pour into warm bath topped with flower petals
