2hr · 8 servings     For Meat;   • 2 kgs Beef (mutton/lamb)   • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt  • 2 tbsp salt  • 2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder   • 1 tbsp chilli flakes   • 2 tbsp coriander powder   • 2 tbsp cumin powder   • 1/2 tbsp turmeric   • 2 tbsp biryani masala(watch previous biryani video for recipes)   • 6-7 garlic cloves  • 3 inches ginger root  • 4 large tomatoes   • 2 green chillies   • 1 cup fried onions   • 1/2 cup mint chopped   • 1/2 cup coriander chopped   (Marinate for 3-4 hours or over night)   Use the same fried onions oil for meat. Add in a pot; heat and add meat. Cook until tender and oil separates.   For Rice;   • 1.5 kgs Rice (washed and soaked)   • 1 tbsp salt (to taste)   • 1 tbsp cumin seeds  • 3-4 pcs Star anise   • 1 tsp black peppercorns   • 7-8 pcs cloves  • 7-8

FOR RICE!
 • 3 ltr Water
 • 3 Cup Rice
 • Salt To Taste
 • 2 Green Chillies
 • 3 Lemon Slices
 • 2 Bay Leaves
 • 4 Green Cardamom
 • 1 Black Cardamom
 • 1 Cinnamon Stick
 • 1 Star Anise
 • 5 Black Peppercorns
