 • -2 tbsp cocoa powder
 • -1 tbsp maple syrup

-1 cup water or milk

Toppings (optional)
 • Peanut butter

Method:
 • 1. Put all ingredients in a pot and stir over medium heat.

2. Transfer to a bowl and top with toppings.

The best and most delicious way to start the day. 1 cup water 1 cup rolled oats 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp cacao powder 1 cup soy milk 2 tbsp cacao nibs 2 squares dark chocolate 1 banana, sliced 1 tbsp nut butter Add the water and rolled oats to a saucepan and stir over medium heat. Add in the chia seeds, cacao nibs and slowly add in the soy milk. Stirring as you add the milk. Add to a bowl and top with cacao nibs, chocolate, banana and nut butter of choice. #oats #chocolateoats #porridge #overnightoats #healthybreakfast #browniebatter

15min · 2 servings     ✨🍓PB&J Overnight Blended Oats🍓✨  ✨Ingredients   • 1/2 banana  • 1/4 cup oat flour  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter or regular peanut butter  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)*  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp dairy free yogurt  • 1/4 tsp vanilla  • dash of salt  • 1-2 tbsp jelly (I used raspberry)  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips  • flakey salt  ✨Directions   • Start by mashing your banana with a fork. To the bowl with the mashed banana, add the oat flour, pb fit, maple, yogurt, vanilla, and salt.  • Mix the ingredients well. Then transfer the oat mixture to a new bowl. Top the oats with the raspberry jelly.  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish.  • Microwave them for 30 seconds, then take them out and mix them with a fork. Microwave them for another 30 seconds. R
