Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
 • 1 pound gruyere & fontina cheese cubed
 • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
 • 1-2 cloves garlic, grated
 • 2 teaspoons honey, plus more for serving

1 egg, beaten

Instructions: 

Preheat the oven to 425° F.
 • Lay the puff pastry flat on a parchment-lined 10-12 inch baking dish/pie plate. Pile the cubes of cheese in the center of the pastry. Mix the rosemary and garlic together with your fingers, then sprinkle over the cheese. Drizzle with honey. Fold the corners of the pastry over the cheese. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.

Ingredients:
 • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
 • 1 (17.5 ounce) package of frozen puff pastry, thawed
 • 1 (8 oz) jar Dijon mustard
 • 1 cup sauerkraut, squeezed to get excess water out
 • 1 lb sliced pastrami or corned beef
 • 1 lb sliced Swiss cheese
 • 1 egg, beaten
 • 2 tbls caraway seeds
 • Thousand Island or Russian Dressing

Instructions:

1. Dust a flat work surface lightly with flour. Unroll puff pastry sheets; roll each out into a 10x15-inch rectangle. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over puff pastry.

2. Cover with a layer of pastrami slices, followed by a layer of Swiss cheese slices. Sprinkle evenly with sauerkraut. Roll the puff pastry up tightly like a jelly roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
