Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
 • 1 pound gruyere & fontina cheese cubed
 • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
 • 1-2 cloves garlic, grated
 • 2 teaspoons honey, plus more for serving

1 egg, beaten

Instructions: 

Preheat the oven to 425° F.
 • Lay the puff pastry flat on a parchment-lined 10-12 inch baking dish/pie plate. Pile the cubes of cheese in the center of the pastry. Mix the rosemary and garlic together with your fingers, then sprinkle over the cheese. Drizzle with honey. Fold the corners of the pastry over the cheese. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
 • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is deep golden brown and the cheese bub

These Mini Danish cheese are such a favorite go-to in my family . So easy to make . Have the kids join you in the kitchen n have fun making them 😊
 • 1 box store bought puff pastry sheet (2 sheets in a box) 
 • 1 8oz cream cheese , room temperature 
 • 1 egg yolk 
 • 3-4 tbsp powdered sugar 
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
 • 1 egg, for the egg wash 
 • 1 tbsp water 

In a bowl , combine cream cheese , powdered sugar , egg yolk n vanilla extract . Mix with an electric mixer. Set aside in the fridge 

To make the egg wash , add your egg n 1 tbsp water in a bowl . Whisk together n set aside .,

Fold out your puff pastry sheet from the box n cut into 9 mini squares . Scoop 1 tbsp of your cream cheese filling into the middle of your puff pastry. Fold n pinch in the middle to seal the edges . Bru

🍋 Lemon Cheesecake Pinwheels 🍋 . . . INGREDIENTS: 1 sheet of puff pastry  2 tbsp of lemon curd  2 tbsp of cream cheese  Zest of 1 lemon . METHOD: Turn the oven to 180. Onto one whole side of the puff pastry, spread the cream cheese all over. Then spread the lemon curd over the top. Sprinkle the lemon zest over the top. Roll the pastry into one long sausage and slice into disks (approx an inch thick). Lay them flat on a tray lined with greaseproof and brush with either egg wash or a splash of milk. Bake at 180 for 30 minutes. After which, remove and leave to cool slightly before peeling them off. That’s it!
