Spicy butter garlic chicken ✨ Recipe 👇

 • INGREDIENTS: (2 servings) 
 • 1 lb/450g chicken breast 
 • 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking oil 
 • 2 tbsp butter 
 • 2 tbsp minced garlic 
 • 1 tsp red chilli flakes 
 • 1 tsp dried oregano 
 • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce 
 • 1 tsp sugar 
 • 1 tsp lemon juice 
 • 1/2 cup chicken stock 
 • Parsley (or preferred herb) for garnish 
 • Marinade: 
 • 1/2 tsp salt 
 • 1 tsp fennel seeds 
 • 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary or mixed herbs) 
 • 1/2 tsp chilli powder 

METHOD: 
 • 1. Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and coat with the marinade ingredients. Set aside for at least 15 mins 
 • 2. Add olive oil or cooking oil to a pan on medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry on all sides until cooked through. B
