collagen rich bone broth recipe for glowing skin:     1-2 Ibs chicken bones, 1 lb chicken feet.  ~10 cups water (can adjust based on how big your pot is) Instructions: 1. Add bones and feet to a large stock pot. 2. Add enough water so the bones are covered but leave a few inches at the top so there's enough room to boil. 3. Turn heat up to high. 4. Skim off any excess fat and/or debris. 5. Once boiling, turn heat down to medium low and let simmer for 4-6 hours. 6. Skim debris every hour or so. 7. Turn off heat and strain broth into jars. 8. Let broth fully cool before storing in fridge/freezer.

Made with love, this gelatinous-rich concoction is full of collagen, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that are essential for gut health and overall wellbeing.  Collagen Rich Bone Broth  ingredients:  • 500g chicken feet  • 1/3 cup vinegar  • water 4-5cup or until it covers everything  • *ginger  • *celery  • *green onion  • *onion  • *garlic  • salt and pepper  *Aromatics and veggies are optional.  Put everything in the pot.  Turn the stove on the lowest setting  Boil for 4 hours  Strain and boil the broth for a few minutes.  Let it cool down and refrigerate.
