Add bones and feet to a large stock pot. 2. Add enough water so the bones are covered but leave a few inches at the top so there's enough room to boil. 3. Turn heat up to high. 4. Skim off any excess fat and/or debris. 5. Once boiling, turn heat down to medium low and let simmer for 4-6 hours. 6. Skim debris every hour or so. 7. Turn off heat and strain broth into jars. 8. Let broth fully cool before storing in fridge/freezer.
