Think you don’t like sautéed spinach?  Try this! You may just discover a new favorite!😍   🍃4-6 cups spinach (whatever you’ve got) 🍃1-16 cloves garlic - just sayin’ add as much as you want!  🍃Dash hot pepper flakes 🍃Lemon zest & zest 🍃Salt & pepper  * Heat pan. Heat oil. * Add sliced garlic and let it soften for 20-30 seconds - don’t brown, reduce heat to medium  * Add some hot pepper flakes * Toss in fresh spinach- as much as the pan can hold - it will shrink to 1/4 of its size.  * Let it cook down. When 80% of spinach has shrivelled and cooked down, turn off heat, the rest will shrivel on its own.  * Add lemon zest, salt, pepper and squirt of lemon juice. Stir and enjoy. It takes about 5-7 minutes  It’s great as a side dish or as a main with a fried egg on top.

Spinach Boiled Egg

Ingredients
 • Spinach / Palak 1 small bunch (Blanch and make a Paste, add Green Chillies while making paste)
 • Eggs 3 (Boiled and Cut into half)
 • Onion 1 and Tomato 1 (make a Paste)
 • Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
 • Hing /Asafoetida 1tsp
 • Salt to taste
 • Oil 3 tbsp
 • Water Accordingly

Method:
 • Take a Kadai, put Oil in it, add Onion and Tomato paste, stir fry.
 • Now add Ginger Garlic Paste 1tsp and Hing /Asafoetida 1tsp, stir fry them.
 • Add Spinach / Palak paste, Salt, Stir Well and add Water accordingly. Let the Spinach paste cook.
 • Now set the boiled Eggs (cut into half) as shown in the Photo.
 • Put the lid on the kadai for 5 minutes and let Eggs cook.
 • It is done, have it with Chapati (flat bread) or Roti or Naan.
