Don’t underestimate the superset at the end just because it’s body weight 🥵 let’s goooooo 1a. 3 sets / 8 (each) deficit reverse lunges that deficit allows for greater range of motion and it’s a staple! 2a. 3 sets / 10 pause DB sumo squats if you don’t have a heavy dumbbell increase the reps 3a. 4 sets / 6–8 RDLs can also substitute for dumbbell RDLs SUPERSET 4a. 15 bodyweight heels elevated goblet 4b. 10 kneeling quad extension
