We harvest the lavender by hand with a sickle. This method is time-consuming but it allows us to develop a deeper connection to the land and the plants. After harvest, we extract the lavender essential oils with a copper distiller. Our products are made with natural ingredients from the farm, with a focus on organic methods and sustainability.
