Viral Cottage Cheese Breakfast Tacos 🧀🌮 240 Cal · 20g Protein (for 2 tacos)  These viral high-protein tacos are worth the hype 👏  Ingredients (for 2 tacos): • ½ cup cottage cheese • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan • 2 scrambled eggs • ¼ cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese • ¼ avocado, sliced • 2 slices chopped turkey bacon  Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2️⃣ Spoon 2 even circles of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet. 3️⃣ Sprinkle 1 tbsp parmesan over each circle. 4️⃣ Bake for 30–35 minutes, rotating the pan halfway. 5️⃣ While they bake, scramble the eggs and prep the rest. 6️⃣ Let the tortillas cool and firm up a bit. 7️⃣ Fill with eggs, cheese, bacon, and avocado.
