Here’s a variation of the giant 30-minute workout from inside the app ⬇️

10ES Forward lean DB split squats 
 • 1 min AMRAP Banded DB under the fence
 • 12ES Single leg bench split squats 
 • 1 min AMRAP Narrow stance DB heel elevated front squats
 • 15 stiff legged deadlift 

1 min AMRAP alternating DB curtsy lunges 

REST for 2 mins…REPEAT 3x 

It should take you right around 30-32 mins to complete with warm-up/cool-down provided inside the app 💪🏼🔥
