MARINATED FETA Ingredients: -1 packet feta -1/2 cup Olive oil -Spices: 1/2 tsp pink peppercorn, chilli flakes. -Lemon peel -Seasoning; 3/4 tsp of za'atar, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika -3 sliced garlic cloves -2 springs of thyme Method : -In a pan add olive olive, spices, garlic slices, lemon peel and bring to a gentle boil, take off heat add and add seasoning. Allow to cool down. -Cube the feta and add to a jar, place half the feta and spoon over 2 tbsp of the oil, add the rest of the feta and oil. Gently shake and leave to to marinate. -This lasts about 3 weeks in the fridge. Nothing goes to waste, use the remaining oil for your salads or pasta!
