1.Start with 1lb of wild salmon. Coat it with 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard as a binder. Then add 1 tablespoon of fine garlic powder, lots of chile lime seasoning (I add about 1.5 - 2 tablespoons because I love it), 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of aleppo pepper or crushed chili flakes. Then pop it into the airfryer at 400F for 12 minutes. You can also bake this in the oven if you prefer.

First home cooked meal of 2023! Hearty, healthy & nourishing. 

Sautéed some colossal shrimp and added some blood orange and butter! It was citrusy and savory. So delicious. 

I wanted a bunch of yummy sides so made red beans in coconut milk, cilantro rice with coconut milk & braised vegan collard greens.

Hubby roasted some veggies & it all came together so well.
