Ingredients
 • 4 salmon filets: 1 filet for each container
 • 4 servings of jasmine rice: 1 serving for each container
 • 2 cups edamame: ½ cup per container
 • 1 cup shredded carrots: ¼ cup per container
 • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage: ¼ cup per container
 • Sesame seeds

SAUCE
 • 1/3 cup coconut aminos
 • 3 tbsp honey
 • 4 cloves garlic; minced
 • 2 tsp sesame oil
 • 2 tsp sirarcha
 • Juice from ½ a lime

How to:
 • If not already, cut salmon into 4 filets. Pat each one dry with a paper towel then season with salt & pepper. Add filets to a zip lock bag
 • Combine all ingredients listed for sauce into a small bowl and mix. Take ¼ cup of the sauce and pour this on into the bag with the salmon filets. Let that marinate for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
