I’ve been avoiding sharing cycle recommendations for this topic and here’s why: I think it is truly so different for each woman.  It depends on your level of fitness, what your body is used to, what you’ve done in the past, how healthy your hormones are, etc etc.  There are times in my luteal phase that I’ve gone out and run 7 miles and my progesterone stayed happy. There are times that I’ve craved a heavy lifting session during my period and it felt GREAT. There are ALSO times I’ve been in the middle of my follicular phase and only had the energy to stretch.  IT IS NOT BLACK AND WHITE❌  I wanted to share these *recommendations* for each phase because many of you have asked, but remember the most important thing you can do is listen to your body and do what works for YOU❤️  Exercise in
