Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp  • 7. Vinegar 1 tsp  • 8. Soy Sauce 1 tsp  • 9. Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp  • 10. Salt to Taste  • 11. Leftover Idlis 2 Cups Chopped  • 12. Coriander Leaves  Method:  • 1. In Pan add oil, chopped Garlic, onion, capsicum. Saute it for 2 minutes.  • 2. Add Schezwan Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Black Pepper Powder, Salt. Mix everything well and cook again for a few minutes.  • 3. Now add leftover idlis, mix well & cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add coriander Leaves and serve hot.
