In a pan add water and salt. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes once 1/3 cooked. Pat dry them and set aside. In a bowl add all purpose flour , corn starch, salt , pepper , garlic powder and red chili flakes. Add water to make thick paste. Make sure the paste is not too runny otherwise the batter will not stick to the potatoes. Coat the potatoes with the batter. Mix well. Heat oil and fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with garlic mayo sauce and enjoy!
