Armenian dolma 

This is probably the most popular dish to fight over about its origin. But no matter what you call it, we can all agree on a few things. Turning on a nice movie and making a cup of tea helps the process of making this dish. 
 • Dolma can be a great snack, appetizer or main course. Either way, it's delicious. 

Here how I make it. 

1 pound/ 500g ground beef
 • 1 cup/ 150g rice
 • 1 chopped onion
 • 3 minced garlic cloves 
 • Big bunch of coriander and parsley chopped 
 • 4 tbs/150g tomato sauce
 • Salt and pepper

1/4 tsp each coriander, paprika, thyme

Jar of grape leaves

2 cups water or broth 

Mix all the ingredients together. Rinse the grape leaves with cold water. Just to remove the extra salt. Spread a leaf on a plate, stem end towards you
