Glutes, quads, hamstrings - oh my! Let's dive right in to some form cues for these 4 lower body exercises! 👇🏼

1. Lying Hamstring Curl - If you've never tried a banded hamstring curl, this is your sign! You can loop the middle of the band around a fixed object and wrap each "end" around your ankles, and scoot far enough away from the band to ensure tension throughout the entire ROM. Peak contraction will happen when your heels are closest to your butt, and the challenge will be keeping your hips glued to the ground as it gets more difficult.

2. Split Squat - If you are short like me, you'll likely need to wrap the band around your wrists or choke up on the band, but either way this can be a great way to add resistance to this movement! Split squats, depending on your positioning and
