 • For 4 waffles you will need:
 • 2 cups finely ground oatmeal (I use my Ninja bullet for this but if you have coffee grader it is good too)
 • 1 tsp salt
 • 3 tsp baking powder
 • 2 tbsp sugar
 • 2 eggs
 • 1.5 cups milk
 • 1/3 cup butter or coconut oil, melted
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 • 1 egg
 • 1 egg white
 • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
 • 1 scoop protein powder
 • 1/2 tsp baking powder
 • 1/2 tsp vanilla
 • 1 tsp date syrup

Instructions:
 • Blend ingredients together until smooth and fire up the waffle maker!

6-ingredient Healthy Waffles😍 These contain over 30 grams of protein per serving and no protein powder! • Ingredients for two servings (this recipe makes 8 waffles, so one serving is 4 waffles): 1 cup high protein cottage cheese (200g) 4 eggs 1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup (gluten-free) oats (2.4 dl) 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth 2. Spoon the batter into a preheated greased waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden (about 3 minutes per waffle)! 3.
