⤵️ Recipe and Tips- Mole Rojo- Mole is a very traditional southern Mexico dish. Some moles can even have 150 ingredients. Mine is simple and I first cooked when I took an online cooking class with Chef Claudette Zepeda. I modified that recipe to create this one. 1.
