Ingredients:
 • Oil 3tbsp
 • Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
 • Green Chilli Paste 1.5tbsp
 • Black pepper powder 1tsp
 • Dhaniya powder
 • Salt to taste
 • Boiled and mashed Potatoes 4-5
 • Chopped Coriander Handful
 • Heat oil, add in gg paste and green chilli paste, also add finely chopped curry leaves. Saute for 2 mins, add in salt, kasuri methi, Dhaniya powder, black pepper powder. Add little water and cook till the masala starts releasing oil. Add chopped coriander cook for more 2mins, now add in the mashed potatoes, mix till everything is combined well.
 • Ingredients for the dough:
 • Maida/AP flour 1 cup
 • Wheat flour 1 cup
 • Milk 3-4 tbsp
 • Oil 3-4 tbsp
 • Salt 1tsp
 • Water as required.
 • Knead a dough and rest it for an hour.
