Amazing recipe for Aarok: Iraqi fried meatballs 

Ingredients:
 • 1 large white onion
 • 1 bunch of parsley
 • 300 grams of finely ground beef 
 • 1 large potato
 • 2 heaping tbsp of bread crumbs
 • 1 tsp Bahart spice 
 • 1 tsp of black pepper
 • 1 tsp of salt

 • 3 L eggs

preparation method:
 • Pour all the ingredients together into a bowl; Finely chopped onion, finely chopped parsley, minced meat, peeled and grated potato, breadcrumbs, spices, eggs and mix well until a uniform mass is obtained.
 • In a pan as wide as possible, pour oil to a height of 3 cm and heat on medium heat.
 • As soon as the oil get hot, take a spoonful of the mixture, place it in the oil and gently roll it to the height of the oil.
