 • I used my favorite @cutdacarb Low Carb Wrap and filled it with 
 • Avocado with @flavorgod Everything But The Bagel Seasoning 
 • Cheese 
 • Fried Egg with Salt, Pepper and Sriracha Mayo
 • Canadian Bacon
 • Fold and Pan Fry till crispy. You can also Bake or Air Fry this. Bake at 370 for 15 mins. Air Fry 350 for 7 minuets, turning half way in. Delicious! What did you have for breakfast today?
