 • Assisted pull ups (not shown) - until failure (around 10 rep range) x4
 • Lat pull downs - 12, 10, 8, 6 (increasing weight each set)
 • Machine high row - 10-12x3
 • Single arm cable row - 12x3 each arm
 • Single arm delt fly (think of keeping your arm path at 45 degrees) - Until failure (around 8-12 reps for me on the cable today) x3
 • Plate hammer curls - 12-15 x3
