- 1 x cup of parboiled rice - 2 x tbsp water - 1-2 x cups salt - mix the raw rice with water - heat it up until fully dry - heat up your salt in a separate pan - add your rice which will start puffing RICE BARS INGREDIENTS: 🍫 - 3 x cups puffed rice - 3/4 cup peanut butter - 1 x tbsp flax seeds - 1 x tbsp coconut oil - 1-2 x bars of chocolate STEP BY STEP: - combine all your ingredients except the chocolate and rice - mix well and pour in a bowl over your puffed rice - add the mixture to a square or rectangular container, lined with parchment paper - press down with a spoon to make sure it’s firm enough to hold the shape of your container - on a separate double boiler, melt your chocolate and pour it over your puffed rice mixture - refrigerate for 1-2 hours By @spicymoustache
