I am always messing up my neck…I get a “stiff neck” often. It is sometimes caused by various exercises, but most often it happens because of how I sleep or from doing too much jewelry making or computer work. So, I’m order to prevent that and to help relieve pain, I do this stretch a lot! Tips:  • Don’t force anything. If you are injured, go see a doctor!   • Don’t try to diagnose an injury on your own or from looking on Pinterest! 😂  • You want the end of the foam roller to hit just at the base of your skull where the bony part meets the soft tissue.   • The weight of your head should provide just enough pressure to feel like a mini massage on your neck.   • Gently turn your head from side to side for added relief.
