These overnight oats are a super yummy breakfast idea that you can make the night before, so you’ll have a ready breakfast in the fridge when you wake up🤩
 • 

Ingredients:

1 mashed banana

1/2 cup oats (gluten-free) or buckwheat flakes (120 ml)

3/4 cup almond milk (180 ml)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 • 

toppings:

1 tablespoon peanut butter

a few banana slices or some berries
 • 

1. Mix all the ingredients together

2. Scoop into a glass/jar/container

3. Let set in the fridge for at least three hours, rather overnight

4. Add your toppings and enjoy!
