💜Mixed berry overnight oats💜⁣ 🌟ingredients🌟⁣ - 60g quick oats (~1/2 cup)⁣ - 1 tbsp chia seeds ⁣ - pinch of salt⁣ - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁣ - 200ml plant milk (~3/4 cup)⁣ - 3 tbsp plain soy yogurt ⁣ - 100g frozen berries (~1/2 cup) (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries,…)⁣ 🌟method🌟⁣ 1. Combine the oats, chia seeds and salt in a jar.⁣ 2. Add in the milk, yogurt and vanilla. Mix well. ⁣ 3. Finally mix in the frozen berries. ⁣ 4. · 1 serving     Ingredients:  • 40g oats  • 1/2 banana  • a pinch of cinnamon  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey  • 100ml water  • 100g of high protein yoghurt - I used @fage_u  • optional - 1/2 tsp sweetener  Directions:  • Mix oats, water, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, maple syrup until combined.  • Microwave for 1min 30sec.  • Mix sweetener & yoghurt and spread over the oat layer.  • Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.  • Top with a couple of banana slices and sprikle some cinnamon to serve!
