Ingredients  1/3 cup maple syrup 2 tbsp coconut oil 1/3 cup peanut butter 1 cup oats 1 cup oat flour 1 cup blueberries 1/4 cup water Method  Grease or line a loaf tin. Simmer blueberries and water for 5–7 minutes, mashing slightly. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until it holds together (adjust peanut butter or oat flour as needed). Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture for topping. Press the rest into the loaf tin. Spread the blueberry mixture on top. Crumble reserved mixture on top. Refrigerate until set.

MEAL PREP BAKED OATS | Blueberry cheesecake 🩵  Another week, another big batch baked oats combo !! Coming up with new variations brings me far too much excitement & this one was an absolute vibeeee 🫐  Makes 3-5 servings. ▫️ 200g rolled oats ▫️ 2 bananas ▫️ 60g @myprotein salted caramel soy protein ▫️ 420ml milk ▫️ 1 tsp baking powder ▫️ 120g frozen blueberries, warmed in the microwave with 1 tsp maple syrup ▫️ 6 tbsps greek style vanilla yoghurt  👩‍🍳 just assemble as shown, bake in the oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 35-40 mins and you’re good to go! This baked blueberry oats is an absolute winner! Not only is it quick and easy, but it’s also a super healthy breakfast option. You can enjoy make it with your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk, add serve it with a drizzle of maple syrup to sweeten it just the way you like it.

INGREDIENTS
 • * 12 oz fresh blueberries 
 • * 2 cups rolled oats
 • * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 • * 1 teaspoon baking powder
 • * 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 
 • * 1/4 cup maple syrup 
 • * 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
 • * 1 3/4 cups unsweetned almond milk, or choice
 • * 2 large eggs, whisked

- 1 cup oats (quick oats or old fashioned oats, doesn't matter) - 1 tbsp chia seeds - 1.5 scoops of vanilla protein powder (50g) - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk - 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used sugar-free maple syrup, you can also use normal maple syrup or honey!) - 1 tsp vanilla extract - handful fresh (or frozen since they're cheaper!) blueberries Toppings (1 serving) - 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (microwaved) - 3/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt (made an oopsies in the vid) - 1 tosp light cream cheese - 1tsp sweetener of choice (I used sugar-free maple syrup) - 1 graham cracker water - 3 cute little fresh blueberries to decorate Mix all your oatmeal ingredients together then store in the fridge for 4-8hrs/overnight.
