 โ€ข 1/2 cup oats 
 โ€ข 1 tbsp chia seeds 
 โ€ข 1 tbsp flax seeds 
 โ€ข 1 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice 
 โ€ข 2 tbsp peanut butter 
 โ€ข 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 
 โ€ข Strawberries 
 โ€ข dash of Cinnamon & salt 

Directions:
 โ€ข Mix all the ingredients together in an airtight container. Seal and refrigerate overnight!

๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™ง๐™š๐™™๐™ž๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™จ: Base: 1/2 cup (40g) quick oats 20g vanilla protein powder(optional) 1/3 cup soy milk (or any milk) 1/2 tbsp flax seeds 1/2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 tbsp sweetener (optional) 1 tsp cocoa powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips Splash of vanilla extract ๐Ÿคyogurt layer: 1 tbsp soy yogurt (15g) + 1/2 tbsp peanut butter ๐Ÿซ sugar-free chocolate sauce: 3 tsp organic raw cocoa powder + sweetener + 7 tbsp hot water.  1. Mix all the ingredients together for the base. 2. Prepare and mix the yogurt ingredients in a separate bowl too. And spread that on top of the base. 3. Mix the ingredients for the top layer in a separate bowl too. 4. Without waiting pour the top layer over the yogurt layer onto your jar. 5. Lastly leave it in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ By @wellnesswsandra   I'm so glad the overnight oats recipes are back because you guys don't know how much I'm enjoying my breakfasts these days. This is one of the advantages of having to record them for IG ๐Ÿ˜‚.  You guys will absolutely love this recipe. It's yummy, balance and high in protein without using any protein powder.  Ingredients: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup almond milk 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 150g high protein vanilla yogurt  15-20g biscoff cream + biscoff biscuit to decorate (optional)  Directions: In a bowl add the oats, milk, honey, yogurt and mix until combined. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Melt the biscoff cream for some seconds in the microwave and spread over the oat layer. Leave in the fridge for 10 min.

 โ€ข 50g  instant oats
 โ€ข 25g @myprotein soy isolate protein
 โ€ข 1 tsp cacao powder
 โ€ข 160ml milk/water

Topping:
 โ€ข Soy yoghurt
 โ€ข Choc sauce
 โ€ข Oreo

Instructions:

Mix together the ingredients (or blend if you use whole oats). Place oat ingredients in a bowl, leave to set overnight, then layer in your yog, choc sauce & oreo in the morning.
