40min · 2 servings     Ingredients:  • 300g firm tofu  • 3 tbsp golden breadcrumbs or panko  • 1 tsp garlic powder  • 1 tsp smoked paprika   • 1 tsp mixed dried herbs   • 1 tsp fine sea salt   • Black pepper   • 2 tbsp olive oil  Start by draining tofu, then wrap it in a few sheets of kitchen paper, put something heaven on top and leave it in the fridge for 10-15 min. This helps drain the excess moisture from the tofu.   Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200C.   Cut tofu into cubes.   Mix all dry seasonings in a small bowl, then toss the tofu pieces in the breadcrumb mix to coat all over.   Line a baking sheet with a non-stick mat or parchment paper brushed with 1 tbsp olive oil.   Arrange the the tofu cubes so that none of the pieces are touching each other. Ingredients   • 400g tofu, pat dried  • -1/2 Cup (125ml) plant milk  • -1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar   • 1 tbsp sriracha  • -314 (90g) cup starch  • -2 Tsp each paprika, salt, garlic powder  • -pepper to taste  • -1 cup Panko seasoned  • Seasoning:  • -1 Tsp each paprika, cumin, salt  Instructions   • Tear tofu into chunks   • Mix the apple cider vinegar, sriracha, and milk and marinate the tofu in it for 30 minutes.  • Combine your corn starch, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.   • Toss your marinated tofu in the corn starch mixture and then toss into panko breadcrumbs.  • Fry until golden brown or bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.   • Toss with paprika cumin and salt and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce such as sweet and sour or sriracha.
