Carbonara pasta // recipe 📩  Ingredients: -8 oz spaghetti -1 cup heavy cream -1 1/2 cups grated sarvecchio Parmesan -1 tsp black pepper -1/4 cup pasta water -beef bacon  Directions: 1. Prepare the pasta by boiling it in salted water (make sure you preserve some water) 2. In a pan, cook the beef bacon and then set aside. In the same pan, add in the heavy cream and simmer. 3. Once it’s starts simmering, mix in the cheese and pepper. Then add in the cooked pasta. Mix together and add in some pasta water if needed. 4. Top it off with the beef bacon and more freshly grated Parmesan and enjoy!!

All you need: 

4 eggs 
 • 4 oz Parmesan cheese or Pecorino 
 • 4 oz Guanciale, pancetta or bacon 
 • Salt to taste 
 • Pepper to taste 
 • 1 tbsp Olive oil 

1/2 lb Spaghetti 

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain set aside and drizzle with olive oil (save 2 cups of pasta water for later) 
 • 2. Dice meat, then saute on medium heat until crispy and fat has rendered 
 • 3. Whisk eggs in a bowl until no streaks remain, then add grated cheese, pepper and a few tbsp of the rendered fat from the meat 
 • 4. Stir well until a nice thick paste is formed 
 • 5. In a room temperature pan, add cooked pasta, a laddle of pasta water plus the egg and cheese mixture 
 • 6. Mix well nonstop for at least 2 minutes or until sauce starts to get creamy
 • 7. Continue to add pasta water

Bucatini alla Carbonara~ this pasta has very simple ingredients and ready in less than 30 minutes. RECIPE ⬇️ 

Bucatini Pasta (1 pack)
 • 5 yolks + 1 egg, organic pasture-raised
 • 10 oz bacon
 • 3/4 cup Pecorino cheese
 • 1/4 Parmesan cheese
 • Black pepper

*Eggs need to be at room temperature* 

Cut bacon and cook until crispy. Save the grease, set bacon aside.
 • Mix eggs, cheese, black pepper.

Cook pasta 2-3 minutes LESS than al dente, making sure to save some pasta water. 

In a big pan add the bacon grease, on medium heat, then add the (slightly undercooked) pasta and keep cooking it adding pasta water little by little. 
 • Once ready, turn stove off, remove the pan from the burner. Add bacon (make sure you save some to add on top when plating), then egg mixture, add a little pa
