Ingredients 👇🏼
 • - 320g Cut Potatoes (Brand: Coles Carisma Potatoes - this brand of potatoes has 25% less carbs compared to regular potatoes but any potatoes will work)
 • - Salt, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika
 • - 1/2 Diced Onion
 • - 150g Extra Lean Beef Mince
 • - 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 • - 10g Diced Jalapeños (optional - can be substituted for pickles)
 • - Lettuce
 • - 2 Slices Natural Cheddar Cheese (can be added on top by itself & baked in the oven for a few minutes or turned into a cheese sauce by adding it into a small bowl with around 25ml of milk & microwaving for 30 seconds. Take it out every 10 seconds & mix it with a fork/spoon)
