1 mashed banana

2 eggs

1/4 cup / 60 ml gluten-free flour mix (or wheat flour if not coeliac/intolerant to gluten/IBS sufferer)

1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
 • 

Topping example:

1 piece of 80% dark chocolate, melted

& berries
 • 

1. Mix the mashed banana and eggs together

2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined

3. Cook the pancakes on a non stick skillet for a few minutes on each side

4. Serve with melted dark chocolate and berries, for example
