Red beans sesame balls! Who doesn’t love a good dim sum recipe. These are a must have every single time I go to dim sum! I decided to lighten things up by air frying them, and they turned out great! If you don’t have red been filling you can also use peanut butter or chocolate😋

Ingredients
 • Dough:
 • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
 • 1/2 cup boiling water
 • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
 • 1/3 cup additional glutinous rice flour

Red bean filling:
 • 1 cup dried adzuki or red beans
 • 2 cups water
 • 2 tbs butter
 • 1/3 cup brown sugar 
 • 1 tbs vanilla
 • Pressure cooke the red beans with the water for 1 hour on high, then processes them into a paste. Transfer that to a large pot and cook on medium heat until the moisture from the beans have evaporated (20 minutes). Now

 • 1/2 tsp salt
 • 2 eggs
 • 3/4 cup milk
 • 3/4 cup water
 • 1 tsp yeast

2 tbs butter

Red bean paste:
 • 1 cup dried adzuki or red beans
 • 2 cups water
 • 2 tbs butter
 • 1/3 cup brown sugar 

1 tbs vanilla 

Bake at 350F for 45-60 mins! Let the dough rise after kneading in The kitchen aid for two hours, then let it rise for 30 minutes after you place the loaf in the loaf pan.
