 • Ive been on a mission the last year to make my hummus the creamiest in texture and taste, and I’m finally able to showcase to you what i have learned to make THE best hummus you could ever taste, it did take me endless tried but the result was totally worth it and i hope you like it just as much as i and the family fid… its 💯 hubby approved !😉

What you need:
 • For the hummus:
 • 2 cans of chickpeas low sodium,
 • 1/2 cup tahini paste,
 • 2 garlic clove,
 • Juice of 1 large lemon
 • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
 • 2 tsp salt and pepper

INGREDIENTS
 • 1/3 cup good-quality tahini
 • 2–4 tbsp cold water, or more if needed
 • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
 • 3/4 tsp fine sea salt
 • 2 medium cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
 • juice of 1 lemon (2–3 tbsp)
 • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas*, drained and rinsed

•optional toppings: extra drizzle of olive oil, chopped fresh parsley, sprinkle of paprika, toasted pine nuts

INSTRUCTIONS 
 • 1. Add tahini, cold water, olive oil, cumin, salt, garlic and lemon juice to a food processor.  Puree until smooth.
 • 2. Add in the chickpeas.  Puree for 3-4 minutes, pausing halfway to scrape down the sides of the bowl, until the hummus is smooth.  If it seems too thick, add in another tablespoon or two of water.
