 • 1 package Sweet Hawaiin rolls
 • 2 eggs
 • 1 tbsp sugar
 • 1/2 cup whole milk
 • 1/8 cup ricotta cheese 
 • For the Filling
 • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
 • 1 cup ricotta cheese 
 • 1 cup powdered sugar
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
 • Mini chocolate chips (however many you like)

Directions 
 • In a bowl mix together the cannoli filling being careful not to over mix
 • In a second bowl, mix the milk, eggs, sugar and ricotta and mix well. 
 • Remove the rolls from the package being careful to keep them all in one piece. Make small holes in each roll (this is where you will fill the cannoli cream) Stuff each hole with cannoli cream until they are slightly overflowing. 
 • Pour milk mixture over the stuffed rolls and refrigerate overnight.
